Black electroplated. Fits all 1" diameter handlebars. Classic cast stainless risers sets with a one-piece ribbed top clamp with Biltwell logo. The one-piece top clamp adds additional torque resistance when running high bars. Comes with a 1 3/4" rise and 3 1/2" center to center spacing, as used on most H-D models. 1/2-13 threaded.
